The Pediatric Pulmonary Center at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St.Vincent has a dedicated team that provides both in-patient and outpatient care. Our team includes:

Ramindrajit Sufi, M.D.

sufi_raminder.jpgDr. Sufi is a pediatric pulmonologist who joined Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St.Vincent in 2003 after his pediatric pulmonary fellowship at the University of California Medical Center in Irvine. He attended medical school at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and completed his pediatric training at University of California Medical Center. He is board certified in Pediatric Pulmunology. Outside the hospital he enjoys wood working, gardening and sitting down for a cup of coffee with good friends.



Leyla Akanli, M.D.

Medical Director, Pediatric Sleep Center

Dr. Leyla Akanli is a Pediatric Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine specialist who joined Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St.Vincent in 2007. Prior to employment at St.Vincent, she was an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Pediatric Pulmonology at Bristol-Meyers Squibb Children's Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Jersey, and also at Loma Linda University Children's Hospital in Loma Linda, California. She completed her Pediatric residency and her Pediatric Pulmonary fellowship at New York Medical College at Maria Fareri Children's Hospital at Westchester Medical Center. Dr. Akanli is board certified in Pediatrics, Pediatric Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine. She is the Medical Director of the Pediatric Sleep Center at Payton Manning Children's Hospital at St.Vincent. She is named in Indianapolis Top Doctors, US News Best Doctors and Guide to Americans Top Pediatricians. Outside of hospital she enjoys being with her husband, two children and her dog, traveling and Ballroom dancing.


Olatunji Williams, M.D.

Dr. Olatunji Williams, Pediatric Pulmonologist, is a graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch–Galveston. He completed his pediatric residency at The Children’s Hospital – University of Oklahoma Medical Center, Oklahoma City, where he was chief resident. Dr. Williams completed his Pediatric Pulmonology Fellowship at Texas Children’s Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He comes to St.Vincent from Children’s Medical Center in Dallas where he was medical director of the Pulmonary Function Laboratory.


Will Scotton, NP

Will Scotton is a family nurse practitioner who joined the Pediatric Pulmonology team in May 2010. He graduated with a Bachelors in nursing in 1999 from Cedarville University. In 2006, Will received his masters in nursing from Indiana University. He has a broad pediatric background which includes experience in the following areas: respiratory/GI inpatient, PICU, and pediatric ER. Since Will became a nurse practitioner, he has been working with adolescents in urban clinics in Indianapolis. In his spare time, he enojys spending time with his wife and two young children, water skiing and playing soccer.
