Who's Your Hero? Video Contest - Indy's Child Magazine and Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at St.Vincent
Portrait of a hero The word "hero" is defined as a person of distinguished courage who is admired for his or her bravery. Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at St.Vincent is full of heroes! Each child who enters the hospital is fighting his or her own health battle. Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at St.Vincent believes our patients are heroes for the way they face these challenges with fortitude and tenacity.

Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at St.Vincent has partnered with Indy's Child to find out "Who's your hero?" Submit a video telling us who your hero is for a chance to be featured on the March 2013 cover of Indy's Child Magazine!
Entry Deadline Video entries must be submitted
by NOON on January 11, 2013.
Who Can Submit a Video? Any child who is 18-years-old or younger and currently resides in Indiana is eligible to participate. If your child needs assistance creating the video, parents/guardians are encouraged to help!
Record a video of your hero
How to Submit Your Video? Step 1: Record Record a video that is between 45 seconds and 2 minutes answering: "Who's your hero?" -AND- "Why?" Step 2: Fill Out the Contest Entry Form Using the form below, please enter into the contest by providing some basic information on your hero. Step 3: Upload Your Video Submit a mov, mpg, or wmv file to the form below.
Video Criteria Length must be between 45 seconds and 2 minutes (<10MB)

Video must include an Indiana child who is 18-years-old or younger

Video must answer: "Who's your hero?" -AND- "Why?" Other Questions? Contact PMCH
Winner Selection Process A 3rd party committee will evaluate and select the top 10 video entries. The top 10 finalists' videos will be posted for "likes" on the Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at St.Vincent Facebook contest page. Finalists' videos will remain posted for two weeks. A combination of the number of Facebook "likes" and a 3rd party committee evaluation will determine the grand winner on Monday, January 28, 2013. The winner should be available the week of January 28th for a photo shoot to be photographed for the March cover of Indy's Child Magazine.
